The following are the general paid holiday closures aligned with the Waugh School District Calendar.

Spring Break (Monday - Friday, April 6th - 10th, 2026)
Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th, 2026)
Juneteenth Holiday (Friday, June 19th, 2026)
Independence Day (Friday, July 3rd, 2026)
Labor Day (Monday, September 7th, 2026)
Indigenous Peoples’ Day (Monday, October 12th, 2026)
Veterans’ Day (Wednesday, November 11th, 2026)
Thanksgiving Day (Thursday - Friday, November 26th - 27th, 2026)

Note: If the holiday falls on a Saturday, we will be closed the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed the Monday after. Any changes will have a 30-Day notice.
Provider Vacation: We reserve 2 weeks of vacation per year. The dates of our vacation will be posted in January. Families will be notified at least one month in advance of any changes. Regular payment rates apply during our vacation dates, your vacations, weeks with holidays, and providers' sick days. We bill 4-weeks for all months, which will offset our vacation time for months with 5-weeks.
